Working fast at her home base of Del Mar before shipping here, the only question is this nine furlong distance.
2nd pick: #1 (Swiss Skydiver) (8-5) - Unlike 'Gamine,' this filly has already proven she can be successful at two-turn distances. Last out she was an easy winner at Saratoga Aug 15 in the 10-furlong Alabama Stakes (G1) Aug. 15 and this filly broke her maiden here when debuting Nov. 16. Bargain priced ($35,000) purchase, has the rail, a flexible style, and is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #7 (Shedaresthedevil) (20-1) - Busy filly was no match for 'Swiss Skydiver' in the G3 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park May 11. She's won both follow up starts by big margins and ships from Indiana Grand where she won the G3 Oaks there by five lengths July 8. Stalker is capable of getting a share at a big price.
4th pick: #4 (Speech) (5-1) - Competitive in all her starts, she's gone 7-3-3-1 so far and enters off an easy three-length win July 1 at Keeneland, going 8.5 furlongs in the Ashland Stakes (G1). By far a career best, this stalker is a threat with any further improvement.
