Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #6 (SILVER PROSPECTOR) (9-2) - He enters this one mile stakes following an easy maiden win going 6.5 furlongs at Keeneland. It was his first ever on the dirt following three grass attempts and earned him the highest Byer Figure of any entered. Colt moves up in class, but I like his chances despite that fact.
2nd pick: #3 (Wheat King) (6-1) - Sharp in both starts, he was a debut winner sprinting at Ellis Park Aug. 18, then missed by a 'neck' to today's rival 'South Bend' going seven furlongs at Keeneland Oct. 5. This stalker is a win candidate at a square price.
3rd pick: #2 (Tap It to Win) (4-1) - Home bred was an easy maiden winner going six furlongs Aug. 24 at Saratoga, but tired badly in Keeneland's G1 Breeders' Futurity traveling 8.5 furlongs Oct. 5. He worked fast here Oct. 18 and should be involved from gate-to-wire.
4th pick: #4 (South Bend) (3-1) - Colt has rallied from far back to win both starts. He did so by a 'nose' debuting here at six furlongs Sept. 14, then won by a 'neck' Oct. 5 at Keeneland raveling 7/8ths. Working fast for his first stakes attempt, he must be left in the mix.
