Top pick: #3 (EINSTEIN) - Wonderful veteran keeps running at the top of his profession and over the past year has added dirt courses to his lists of conquests on both turf and "Poly". Won here on the grass last out in a Grade 1 and that came after a Grade 1 win on the Santa Anita "Poly". He finished 2nd on this course last year to "Curlin" in a big effort. Wins another.
2nd pick: #5 (Researcher) - Very consistent runner who races for West Virginia-based trainer Jeff Runco, who annually wins at a very high percentage. Won an allowance two back and then was victorious in the Charles Town Classic on his home track, giving him 10 wins in 17 starts. This is a big step up for him, but the belief here is that he's not over-matched.
