2nd pick: #6 (Do You Believe) (4-1) - This filly has finished 2nd here in three straight at this distance for a $16K tag. Beaten by under a 1/2-length or less in each, she's dangerous despite moving up in class.
3rd pick: #1 (Avie's Paradise) (9-2) - A tough call as she was only a 1/2-length behind 'Irish Halo' July 8, but then was 20 in back of that rival July 27. I'm willing to forgive that performance as she was pretty consistent prior to that dismal showing.
4th pick: #8 (Muwaan Mat) (6-1) - She rallied to finish 2nd when debuting here in a dirt sprint facing weaker on July 21. Trainer Larry Sterling, Jr., 16-5-2-1 at the meet, moves her up in class, switches her to the turf, and stretches her out in distance. Another tough call on this one.
