Top pick: #7 (GLOBAL HOTTIE) (2-1) - The probable favorite, filly was bet heavily in her debut in late Oct at Santa Anita and was run down in the last 1/16th by a good looking winner. She's worked fast since, and trainer Bob Baffert wins at a 29% rate 2nd time out.
nd pick: #10 (Euroclydon) (10-1) - Filly raced both wide & evenly when debuting on Oct 26th at Santa Anita. She's worked twice locall since and the added furlong and outside post are a positive.
rd pick: #8 (Betty Bing Bing) (9-2) - "Betty" took some money in her debut and rallied to finish 2nd going 5 furlongs at Del Mar on July 17. On the sidelines since, she's working fast and must be left in the mix.
th pick: #5 (Moscato Girl) (7-2) - She exits the same race as "Hottie" and raced evenly to finish 3rd, 2 1/2 back of that rival. Normal 2nd out improvement can make her a threat.
th pick: #2 (Chilada) (12-1) - She was "bumped" at the break when debuting on Oct 26 and raced both evenly & wide was in stride. Could grab a minor award at a square price.
