Top pick: #8 (U'NARACK) (3-1) - Home-bred by "Unusual Heat" just missed when debuting at Del Mar in early Sept. racing at this level on the "all weather." Training fast for his return, trainer Jerry Hollendorfer moves him to the grass for his return off the long break.
nd pick: #7 (Troy Story) (7-2) - Gelsing is making start No. 17, but has been competitive in most of his grass starts and has faced tougher fields tan this in the past. Win candidate.
rd pick: #5 (Meydan Magic) (5-1) - He's been bet in both starts and has been somewhat competitive in each. Fits with these, and he can factor with minimal improvement.
th pick: #2 (Wild Tony) (8-1) - Speedy gelding moves up in class and goes "poly" to grass. He just missed here racing on the "all weather" for a $30K tag April 25th and is brought back quickly for this.
th pick: #4 (Bertrando Grande) (20-1) - Longshot hasn't raced for 15 1/2 months, but is training steadily for his first off the long break and first on the turf.
