Top pick: #8 (HOME JOURNEY) - She went wire-to-wire when winning her debut at Santa Anita Oct. 13 at odds of 26-1. Trainer Mike Puype has woked her twice since and she'll be very tough to beat if she brings her form to this all weather surface.
2nd pick: #7 (Tribal Gal) - She also has a good turn of early foot and broke her maiden in gate-to-wire style on a similar surface at Del Mar on Aug. 12. Last out she tired after setting a fast pace in a $150K state-bred stakes and has been freshened up since that Aug. 29 effort.
3rd pick: #2 (Awesome Annie) - One of two fillies entered by trainer Walt Solis and the pair race coupled. Speedy sort has tired in a pair of stakes since breaking her maiden at Del Mar on July 28th and should find this allowance field more to her liking.
