Top pick: #1 (Byrama) - She's placed in three stakes since coming from England last fall and may have been best last out when beaten a length here going a mile in the Senorita Stakes (G3). English-bred had a very tough trip and had to "steady" twice. She cuts back to a sprint and will have to rally past most, but there's plenty of potential speed in this field to set up her late move. The addition of blinkers by trainer Simon Callaghan may have her a bit closer eary.
2nd pick: #4 (Lemon Hero) - Daughter of "Lemon Drop Kid" ran a career best when she finished third here facing weaker on May 5th. The race was her first ever on the turf and she's had three solid works since.
3rd pick: #3 (Belloma) - Price play was a game and determined winner here at this distance in an entry-level allowance May 18th. Race was her first off a seven week freshening and first ever on the grass. There's lots of speed signed on to set up her rally and she's a stretch factor.
