Top pick: #6 (TURN ON THE BRITES) (3-1) - Gelding may have been best last out as he rallied while extremely wide to miss by a 1/2 length at Santa Anita on Nov. 3. In career best shape, he's run well on "poly" in the past, and should get a solid pace to close into.
2nd pick: #5 (Tribal Smoke) (5-2) - Lightly-raced and speedy, gelding has been freshened up since Oct. 14 when he tired on the Santa Anita turf facing tougher. Drops, is working fast, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (Judge Carr) (2-1) - He runs first off a Charlie Treece claim (27%) and will race with blinkers on. He finished second here at this tag the day he was claimed and is a threat right back.
4th pick: #2 (Tale Be Told) (4-1) - No-speed type was away "slowly' and finhsed 4th, 6 lengths back of "Brites" last out. Working fine since, he'll need a fast/and or contested pace for any shot at the win.
