Very game filly last out beceme a G1 winner when taking the "Ballerina" at Saratoga on Aug. 24 and was s winner on this deep and tricky surface on June 15th in the "Bed O'Roses" (G3). Stalker dras a nice outside post and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #7 (Classic Point) (10-1) - Speedy veteran lost by a neck to "Bristol" at Saratoga on July 29th in the (G2) "Honorable Miss" stakes, then tired in the final furlong to finish two lengths back of that rival in the "Ballerina." Working fast since and home-bred is 3-for-7 on this surface. "Upset" chance.
3rd pick: #5 (Munning's Sister) (12-1) - Consistent (13-6-0-2) home-bred by "Speightstown" enters in career best form and last out finised a wide third at Saratoga in the "Honorable Miss" stakes. Filly wasn't far back of "Bristol" or "Point" that day and she's gone 3-for-4 on this surface in the past.
4th pick: #3 (Holiday Soiree) (6-1) - Pletcher-trained filly enters off a career best when she won a $100k stakes at Saratoga on Aug. 5. This field is much tougher, but 4-year-old is training fast and should get a solid pace to rally into.
