Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #1 (A MARKED MAN) (5-2) - Gelding is dropping in class. moving from turf to dirt, and shortening up in distance. Long time maiden has finished second in two of three on the dirt and both of those came here facing tougher.
2nd pick: #3 (Bad to the Roan) (8-1) - Nice effort here Oct 9 saw grey gelding rally from close range to finish second at this level going a bit shorter. It was his best overall since April of 2014 and a repeat of it makes him a strong threat.
3rd pick: #10 (Bear Clause) (20-1) - Long shot is working very fast locally for his first since July 17. Gelding has shown good early speed in the past and is dangerous in this spot at a big price if he runs to his works.
4th pick: #11 (Fortunate Sky) (7-2) - Three-year-old rallied from far back to finish third here Oct 9. It was his first start in three months and he was only a 1/2 length behind 'Bad to the Roan.' Draws a good post for this trip and he's a stretch threat.
5th pick: #4 (Rich Dalone) (9-2) - Un-raced since late August, he finished second that day racing at this level at Saratoga. Fits with his best, but he has to do better for any shot at the win end.
