Top pick: #11 (COURAGEISAMAJORITY) (4-1) - Well backed when debuting here in a grass sprint on Sept. 7 $260K filly by "Medaglia d'Oro" raced evenly while checking in 6th of 12 beaten seven lengths. Trainer Graham Motion stretches her out in distance, has John Velazquez aboard, and she gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #1 (Congress Park) (7-2) - The probable favorite, she finished a solid second here when debuting at this level going a mile Sept. 18. Trainer Bruce Brown has worked her since, she draws the rail, and Castellano stays aboard. An obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #8 (Loon River) (12-1) - Filly has some early speed and is stretching out in distance after being competitive in a pair of grass sprints. Trainer Gary Sciacca has been doing well at this meet and this daughter of "Freud" has a shot at a big price.
4th pick: #2 (Battle Axe) (10-1) - Speedy filly was sharp in her first pair at Saratoga but last out she tired after a pace-duel to finish nine lengths back of "Congress Park." Heavily bet in all three outings, don't just ignore her in this spot.
