Top pick: #10 (ONE TIME ONLY) (7-2) - Consistent filly rallied to finish second here at this level going 7-furlongs on Sept. 14. Daughter of "Lemon Drop Kid" has gone 10-2-5-1 overall on the grass and has run second in both starts at this 6-furlong trip.
nd pick: #12 (Double the Energy) (3-1) - Speedy veteran is racing for only the third time since coming off a 7-month layoff on June 15. Grey mare likes this course (5-3-1-0) and is cutting back from a mile to 6-furlongs. Win candidate.
rd pick: #7 (Image of Noon) (12-1) - Longshot rallied to check in third here on Sept. 14 and was only a length back of "One Time Only." Strong finisher is capable against these and should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into. A "trouble" free trip in this large field is essential.
th pick: #3 (All Mine Tonight) (5-1) - Another strong finisher, mare by "Holy Bull" has improved noticeably since coming off a 6 1/2 month vacation in late July. A winner here going 7-furlongs on Sept. 21, trainer Ed Kenneally brings her back quickly and Castellano stays aboard.
th pick: #8 (Shea Darby) (15-1) - Unraced since early Feb., speedy filly has a fine record sprinting on the dirt (5-2-2-0), and has been working sharply at Fair Hill for her return. This is her first ever on the turf, but daughter of "Street Sense" is bred to enjoy the lawn.
