Top pick: #1 (FORENSIC) (3-1) - Grey daughter of "Medaglia d"Oro" was sharp at Gulfstream in a pair of grass starts at this level earlier this year. Janney-Phipps home-bred did not do well in an "off the turf" contest here on May 22, but it was her first in nine weeks, and I don't think she cared for the "muddy" going. 3yo has worked well since, is brought back quickly, and she's back on the grass.

nd pick: #10 (Snowbell) (8-1) - Darley home-bred by "Tapit" makes her grass debut and is also stretching out to a mile for the first time. Grey filly finished second in her first pair sprinting on the dirt, and last out raced both evenly and very wide after breaking from an impossible post (13th of 13). Working nicely since shipping from Florida, and I think she's a threat at a square price.

rd pick: #12 (Crown Queen) (4-1) - Another filly of the grey color, this daughter of "Smart Strike" cost the whopping sum of $1,600,000 as a Keeneland sales yearling in Sept. of 2012. She finished third in her first pair during the late summer-fall of last year and is racing for the first time since Oct. 3rd. A factor if ready.

th pick: #3 (Miz Lee) - Home-bred filly by "Dixie Union" has put in strong late runs in all three outings and has gone 3-0-1-2 to this point. Freshened up since a near miss at Keeneland at this trip April 25, she's worked five times locally since May 6, and must be left in the mix.

th pick: #6 (Wickedness) (30-1) - Huge longshot showed early speed before tiring badly at this level and distance on May 3. It was her first since debuting on Feb. 3rd at Gulfstream and has been training above average. $220K yearling by "War Front" is making back-to-back starts for the first time and can factor at a very big price.
