Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #3 (GROUND CONTROL) (5-2) - Speedy sort has been freshened up since April 20 when he was a sharp wire-to-wire winner at this level going 6.5-furlongs at Aqueduct. Consistent sort earned a career best figure and he's won at Belmont in the past. With trainer Rudy Rodriguez serving a short suspension, horse runs in the name of his brother (Gustavo).
nd pick: #9 (Collin's Smile) (4-1) - Old timer has gone 31-6-7-3 racing on conventional dirt and enters this of a solid second-place finish here at this level and distance May 13. He over-came the 11 post that day, so this outside draw shouldn't pose any problem.
rd pick: #10 (Castaway) (5-1) - He rallied while very wide to finish fourth, 2.5 lengths behind 'Collin's Smile' here May 13. He's not that quick from the gate, so he'll need to tray and save some ground from this outside post. The faster the pace, the better his prospects.
th pick: #1 (Stay Tuned) (3-1) - Once classier type has been racing evenly for some time now. He's been beaten by several of today's rivals in recent starts, so he needs to step up for anything more than a small slice.
th pick: #2 (Perfect Disco) (15-1) - Speedy sort has been freshened up since March 12. He has he rail and caches a field with only one other confirmed speedster (#3 'Ground Control'). Fits with hs best and he'll be a very big price.
