It was her first off a Mike Pino claim and he brings her back quickly and drops her down to the claimed price ($40K). He had her work a bullet half-mile from the gate July 7 and that suggests this is the money run.
2nd pick: #11 (Pride of Saratoga) (12-1) - Longshot was nevr involved after a very troubled start here at this tag and trip June 12. Only her second race, she's worked twice since and it's noted she received some betting support last out.
3rd pick: #6 (Saratoga Gal) (6-1) - Filly is racing third back off a 5.5 month break and she has some early speed. Three-year-old tired last out at this tag going six furlongs, but she had a lot of problems at the break. Can be in this from start-to-finish at a square price.
4th pick: #1 (I Love You Still) (5-1) - Lightly-raced 4-year-old has some speed and breaks from the rail. Improving filly gets the addition of blinkers for the first time.
5th pick: #3 (Weekend Hottie) (6-1) - She's finished third in three of five starts on the local turf at this level. Can get a slice of this, but needs to improve for anything more than that.
