Top pick: #3 (WINLOC'S BIG D) - Very wide last out going a mile on the turf and that was the worst part of the track that day. Cuts back to a sprint and veteran maiden finished second and third in his previous pair at this price and distance. Can take these from start-to-finish.
2nd pick: #2 (Southern Spender) - He had a bit of traffic trouble last out finishing third, less than a length off the top pick. Race was his best to date and he draws the ground saving hedge. Looks set for his best.
3rd pick: #8 (Capella Realle) - Triple Crown nominee hasn't raced since his debut at Belmont last September sprinting on the dirt. Drops into a claimer, goes dirt to turf, and gets the addition of blinkers. Working well and he showed good speed in his only race.
