Lightly-raced filly is training nicely for her first since Aug 25 at Saratoga. She rallied to finish second that day at this distance in a $100K stakes and gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #4 (Ancient Secret) (3-1) - The second of the pair from the barn of Chad Brown, she ships back from Woodbine where she ran poorly in a G3 stakes. She had won her previous four starts, all on this circuit and scored in the G2 Lake George July 22 at Saratoga. An ovious win candidate.
3rd pick: #9 (Stella Rose) (5-1) - Daughter of 'Mineshaft' comes back from Maryland where she raced both wide and evenly when finishing fourth in a G3 stakes Sept. 24 at Laurel. Lightly-raced, she was a 1/2 length better than 'She Doesn't Mind' here at this trip July 17.
4th pick: #7 (Welcoming) (10-1) - From the same barn (Chris Clement) as 'Stella Rose', strong finisher is racing second back from a three month break and can factor if she gets a fast and/or contested pace to rally into.
