Top pick: #14 (SETTLE FOR MEDAL) - Main track only entrant finished second here at this price going 7 furlongs on Sept. 11 and the winner that day came back to defeat tougher next out. Stalker is working nicely and should have no trouble with today's longer trip.
2nd pick: #13 (My Piano Man) - Another "Dirt only" runner he's been freshened-up since breaking his maiden on a sloppy track at Saratoga on Sept. 4. Strong finisher did so in his second off a positive trainer change to Brue Brown and this gelding by "Gone West" is a stretch threat.
3rd pick: #9 (Lindell A.C.) - He went wire-to-wire here to break his maiden on a muddy track in a "switched" contest on Sept. 24. Improving and speedy, he's a win candidate today.
4th pick: #4 (Eversoul) - Philly Park shipper has a flexible style and races in a claimer for the first time. Don't think he can win, but could grab a small slice at a big price.
