3rd pick: #1 (Starformer) (4-1) - Mare is a perfect 3-for-3 at this distance and G3 stakes winner has the inside post and a flexible style. 5-year-old daughter of "Dynaformer" is working well for her first since March 30th and first ever on this course.
4th pick: #5 (Hessonite) (5-2) - Hard-hitting New York-bred has more wins on this surface (5), than the rest of the field combined (2). She won her seasonal debut on May 4th and this remarkably consistent (19-10-3-1) mare has worked well since. Obvious win candidate, but this is a pretty tough field if all go that are entered.
