Top pick: #6 (FOXBEAU) (6-1) - Speedy filly goes dirt to turf for trainer Dave Jacobson in her second off a claim. Last out she set a fast pace and tired in the final furlong to finish fourth racing here at this level on the main-track on Sept. 22nd. Bred for the grass, and she'll be a nice price.
2nd pick: #4 (Hide My Heart) (5-2) - Bred for the turf (by "Artie Schiller") she set a pressured pace before checking in third of six, beaten just over three lengths racing here on the dirt Sept. 18th. She's worked fast since, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #7 (Jamaica Bay) (8-1) - Daughter of "Macho Uno" raced evenly after breaking from the rail going 8.5 furlongs when debuting at Saratoga on Aug. 25th. Trainer George Weaver has freshened her up a bit, and will be cutting her back in distance.
4th pick: #2 (Miss Loretta Lyn) (10-1) - Debuting daughter of "Mineshaft" ships up from Fair Hill where she's been training steadily since late July. In a very good barn (Steve Klesaris 19% first out), and a threat if ready.
