Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #3 (ROCK ME AGAIN) (7-2) - She's one of two entered by trainer Todd Pletcher and the pair race uncoupled. This speedy filly has improved since switching to the turf and comes off a career best Sept 7 at Saratoga. Racing at this level going just a bit shorter, she set a solid pace and held gamely to finish second of 12, beaten just under a length. The horse to beat.
nd pick: #6 (Gotachancetodance) (4-1) - The second of the Pletcher pair, stretch runner has gone 4-2-2-0 since a troubled debut in late April at Gulfstream. Daughter of 'English Channel' missed by a 'head' Aug 19 at Saratoga racing at this level. An obvious threat.
rd pick: #7 (Voila La Victoire) (10-1) - Lightly-raced Irish import spent the first three starts in her career running in Italy. She finished third, 6 1/2 lengths behind 'Rock Me Again' Sept 7 at Saratoga in what her second start in North America after coming off a three-month break. Look for an improved effort this afternoon.
th pick: #1 (Promotional) (12-1) - Lightly-raced and well bred, daughter of 'Artie Schiller' takes on winners after an impressive come-from-behind maiden win going 1 1/8th miles on the Delaware turf Aug 18. She has talent and plenty of room for up-side.
th pick: #2 (Achnaha) (6-1) - Another Irish import, no-speed type has been freshened up since beaten a length at this level going shorter Aug 2 at Saratoga. The type that can 'run all day,' she would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop to aid her late running style.
