Top pick: #1 (SPINIT TO WINIT) (4-1) - Daughter of "Hard Spun" finished a wide and even third in her seasonal debut at Aqueduct on April 7th. She had a tough outside post that day (10th of 10) and has been working sharply for this. She showed some talent last year as a 2-year-old and this afternoon moves to the rail.
nd pick: #8 (Irish Whisper) (6-1) - One of four fillies making their debut, she has some very impresive works showing, including a bullet 5-furlong gate move here on April 14th. Home-bred is in a winning barn (Jeremiah Englehart) and should be a nice price.
rd pick: #4 (Loomin Lori Lou) (5-2) - Filly ran evenly when debuting at Aqu. at this level on April 7th and held down the place spot to a "much the best" winner while 1 1/4 better than "Winit." Working fine since, and trainer Chad Brown wins at a 30% clip second time out.
th pick: #7 (Isn'tshewonderful) (5-1) - Unraced since Nov. 18, trainer Barclay Tagg (off to a fast start here) prepared her at Palm Meadows for her return. Bet in both starts last fall, she's worked locally three times in the past 16 days for her comebacker.
th pick: #3 (Flight of Fantasy.) (10-1) - She ran evenly in the same April 7th race as both "Winit" and "Lori" and it wouldn't take much improvement today to get a piece of this at a big price.
