Top pick: #10 (SHE'S MARVY) (3-1) - Speedy sort was a winner here at this distance racing for a $16K tag June 14. It ran her record on the dirt to 7-2-3-0 and she's 2-1-1-0 at Belmont. Three-year-old races first off a Steve Klesaris claim (21%) and he moves her slightly in class. The presence of Castellano is always a plus.
2nd pick: #8 (Fiery Cat) (4-1) - She's raced evenly in two straight racing for twice this price. Trainer Dave Jacobson drops her to a new low and brings her back in two weeks for this attempt. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Breach of Duty) (5-1) - Lightly-raced filly was a winner here at this trip May 29 when racing for a $25K tag. It was her first back from a pair of short layoffs and a career best overall. She has the rail and is a threat from close range.
4th pick: #6 (Coral Beach) (6-1) - Barn (Todd Pletcher) doesn't deal with many claimers, but he's had this filly for her entire 10-start career. Stretch runner drops slightly, has blinkers added, and would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
