He was beaten 1 1/21 lengths in each and is working fast for his first since Sept 7. Has a solid shot at a square price.
2nd pick: #5 (Infinite Wisdom) (2-1) - The probable favorite, lightly-raced 4-year-old enters off a pair of back-to-back second-place finishes at this level racing at Saratoga. He was narrowly in front of 'Tale of Fancy' at the wire and worked a sharp five furlongs here Oct 14. An obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Seeking Alpha) (7-2) - Speedy colt ships back up from Philly Park where he tired to finish fourth at this level going a mile on the dirt. $385K son of 'Medaglia d'Oro' has been competitive in both turf starts and should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #4 (Uptown Joe) (15-1) - Interesting long shot is racing second back from a five month layoff. Speed/stalker has races in his past that fit with theses and it's noted that leading rider Irad Ortiz Jr. is aboard. May factor at a big price.
