Top pick: #10 (MADAME JOHAR) - She's been a bit unlucky in some of her starts and probably should have broken her maiden by now. Home-bred 4yo missed by a nose last out at Saratoga racing at this level and distance and had some serious traffic issues turning for home. Daughter of "Johar" is (3-0-1-2) locally and has met better fields than this along the way.
2nd pick: #7 (Flirtatious Spring) - Daughter of "Freud" comes off a career best when she rallied while wide to finish 3rd here at this distance and level on Sep 16th. One run type is lightly raced, improving, and a threat.
3rd pick: #1 (Katie Malone) - "Throw out" her latest, which came in a switched contest on a muddy surface, and filly is an immediate factor off her previous race when she was less than a length off of the "Madame" Sep 1st at saratoga. Has the inside post and must be left in the small win mix.
4th pick: #5 (Left Uppercut) - Longshot hasn't raced since May 11th when she she finished 3rd here at odds of 70-1 racing at this level with first time blinkers. Don't just dismiss at an expected big price.
