Top pick: #6 (RIVETTO) (5-2) - He lost a heartbreaker last out at Aqueduct where he led every step until the last stride when he was beaten a 'nose.' He's improved since being claimed by John Parisella and coming back from almost an eight week freshening. Capable of stalking or racing on the lead, he's the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #5 (Identity Crisis) (7-5) - The morning line favorite, he's dropping in class and moving back to the dirt an even effort on the Aqueduct lawn April 25th. He has a new trainer (Jimmy Toner) and the NYRA veteran adds blinkers. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Ride Of Your Life) (5-1) - Lightly-raced, speedy, and still improving, he went wire-to-wire at Aqueduct going a mile to break his maiden April 9th. He's worked twice since and this 4-year-old by 'Candy Ride' has become a better horse since Hall of Famer Bill Mott added blinkers.
4th pick: #7 (Majestic Guy) (12-1) - He showed some improvement last out when finishing close up facing tougher on the Aqueduct turf April 25th. He was facing open company that day and is dropping in class, going grass to dirt, and is back in with fellow New York breds. May do some damage at a big price.
