Top pick: #4 (TULITA) (9-5) - The probable favorite, she's finished second in both grass races since arriving from the Fair Grounds during the spring, and last out on June 6 was beaten a nose here racing at this price-tag & distance. The horse to beat, but reverse your exactas for a small amount..
nd pick: #5 (Brianna Nicole) (7-2) - Lightly raced, well-bred, and improving, filly has really taken to the grass since moving to the infield in her second start. Daughter of "El Corredor" rallied to finish second here going a mile for a $16K tag on June 19, and trainer Nick Canani brings her back in 11 days for this attempt.
rd pick: #2 (High Inflation) (20-1) - Longshot has raced herself back into shape following a two month break earlier in the year, and last out finished second of 12, beaten seven lengths in a contest at this level and distance that was switched to the main track. She has some early speed and will be a big price.
th pick: #6 (Peggy Virginia) (6-1) - She took some action when debuting in a dirt sprint on June 7, and tired to finish third after making a middle-move. Trainer Mike Hushion (38% second time out) stretches her out in distance and moves her to the grass.
th pick: #7 (Ishkabibble) (30-1) - Her trainer (Angel Penna Jr) has had a few "lean" years in a row, but is much better than his record during that time. Bred for the grass, filly takes a big drop in price and moves to the turf for her first since Dec. 2.
