Top pick: #11 (MR. O'LEARY) (3-1) - Well-backed when debuting here on May 27th, colt raced wide before rallying to finish a solid third in a large field (13). Trainer Chris Clement has given him almost six weeks to recover and has him working fast. Son of "Tale of the Cat" draws a nice outside post and is the horse to beat.

nd pick: #9 (Mentor Cane) (7-2) - He's part of a small string that's racing here for the So. California based barn of John Shirreffs. Grey colt has been freshened up since late Dec. after showing good early speed in a pair at that time. Working fine and a threat if ready.

rd pick: #3 (Tiz for Tat) (4-1) - He hasn't seen action since just missing here last Sept. in his second lifetime start. His works indicate his readiness and colt is a factor if thats the case.

th pick: #7 (Siete C) (5-1) - Debuting colt is by "Unbridled's Song" and is working fast for the Pletcher barn (32% first out). Trainer has been "hot" here of late as we approach the annual migration to Saratoga, wher Pletcher "rules the roost."

th pick: #8 (General Pico) (15-1) - Un-raced since tiring in his debut at Gulfstream on March 9th, son of "Hard Spun" may improve enough to grab a small slice at a big price.
