Top pick: #6 (VISCHER FERRY) (7-2) - On the sidelines since late August, speedy sort is cutting back in distance off the long break. Working fine on the Saratoga training track, it's of note that the small barn (Arch Kingsley) has J.J. Castellano aboard for the first time. They must like his chances.

nd pick: #2 (Fallfire) (3-1) - Speedy gelding set/pressed a sold pace and held to finish second here at this level and distance May 8. Home bred was disqualified and placed third that day for 'drifting out' in mid-stretch. Back in shape since coming off a 5-month layoff in early March and a win candidate.

rd pick: #1a (Aaron Burr) (5-1) - Broman home bred makes his debut off a series of fine works dating back to late January. Most all of his drills are above average, and this son of 'Bernardini' is a major player if ready.

th pick: #5 (Street Fightin Man) (15-1) - Longshot has been on the shelf since early Nov. at Woodbine. He was improving at that time and is working both steadily and above average for his new trainer (Nick Esler). May grab a share at a big price.

th pick: #10 (Junger) (10-1) - Long-time maiden raced wide and had some traffic issues when finishing 6-lengths behind 'Fallfire' May 8. It was his first since Oct. 18th, and he should move forward off of it. He's worked fast since and can factor with his best.
