It was her first since Feb. 2 and first ever on the grass. 4yo daughter of 'Hard Spun' has been working bullets on the Saratoga Training Track and is dangerous if those a.m. drills are repeatable in 'live' action.
3rd pick: #3 (Misty Forest) (12-1) - Another longshot, she's been on the sidelines since Nov. 24. Filly raced evenly in a pair on the Saratoga turf last summer facing tougher and may grab a share today at a big price if ready.
4th pick: #4 (Frosted Mint Chip) (4-1) - One of two making their debuts, she has 11 published drills showing for her initial attempt. Bred for turf success, she's from a capable first out barn (John Terranova, 17%), and this 3yo need not be anything special to factor against this group.
