2nd pick: #3 (Beat of the Drum) (5-2) - The probable favorite, he finished a pace-chasing second at this level on a "muddy" track at Aqu. on April 13th. Race was his best to date and came off a two month break. Strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Discreet Code) (4-1) - Since dropping down out of special weight contests, he's gone (4-0-2-2) and has some closing punch. Gelding has wet track experience and should get a solid pace to rally into.
4th pick: #1 (King Keene) (6-1) - He has the rail, a speed/stalking style, and is capable of getting a small slice, but the other selections are more likely to emerge victorious.
5th pick: #4 (Sunrise Lover) (5-1) - He comes off a career best on April 20th when he finished second for the second time in 15 starts. Like "Keene" he's a threat for a minor award, but a win seems a bit of a reach.
