Top pick: #3 (MOONLIT SONNET) (3-1) - Filly has been competitive in all three starts and finished a strong pace-setting third in her seasonal debut at Gulfstream on March 20th. Race was her first since early Sept. Good small barn (Lisa Lewis) moves her back in with fellow New York-breds and filly looks all set.
nd pick: #7 (Stock Fund) (7-2) - Logical win candidate is (9-0-5-2) overall on the grass and has finished second in 3-of-4 on this surface. Stalker runs second back off an eight month layoff and she missed by a head in her return start.
rd pick: #5 (Celesta) (4-1) - She just missed last at Aqu. after she reached the front and was caught in the last few strides. Well-bred filly is a win candidate with a repeat of that effort.
th pick: #10 (Chrissy Girl) (12-1) - Longshot had a difficult post (11th of 11) and raced very wide on April 7th at Aqu. Well-bred, she's been bet in two of her starts and probably has more talent than she's shown to date.
th pick: #6 (Life's a Stage) (10-1) - Much improved since moving to the grass, she's capable of getting a small share, but others are more likely win candidates.
