Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (YELLEN) (7-2) - She's been on the sidelines since finishing 3rd of 11, missing by 3.5 lengths when going 6.5 furlongs on the Turfway poly facing tougher Feb. 22. She showed some ability on the grass last year and has been working steadily at Keeneland for Wesley Ward. I give her a slight edge.
2nd pick: #7 (Miss You Blues) (5-2) - The morning line and probable favorite, she's been unraced since late October. Competitive on the turf last year facing tougher, she's training fast, drops into a claimer, and Joel Rosario is aboard. A win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Mariposa d'Oro) (5-1) - A lightly raced daughter of 'Shackleford,' she's racing on the grass for the first time. This 3yo ships from Churchill where she finished an even 3rd going seven furlongs on the dirt May 24. She's bred to handle the grass, and John Velazquez, who rode her last out, sticks with her.
4th pick: #3 (Lucky Lindsey) (6-1) - She showed fine early speed while racing wide before tiring to check in 3rd when debuting in a dirt sprint March 7 at Aqueduct facing tougher. Grey filly races off a private trainer change to Rob Atras, a 25% angle (20 of 81 since Jan. 1 of 2019). In the mix.
