Top pick: #6 (BIG JEROME) - Veteran has always done his best work on this surface(7-4-1-1) and he runs second back off two month layoff. Speed/stalker raced wide but was a bit "short" last out at Monmouth and he drops down a bit for his second back. The top pick.
2nd pick: #3x (O'Kid) - Races first off a re-claim by Dave Jacobson and they did well on him losing him for $25,000 and getting him back (off a win) for $16K. In shape and last out he looked the winner from the time the gates opened. Tough with a repeat of that effort.
3rd pick: #5 (Broad River) - Scratched last week out of a longer and tougher contest to await this spot. Races today on a drop from the Mot barn and this veteran has never run this low before. Can contend for the win.
