2nd pick: #7 (Royal Nation) (6-1) - Another that's dropping down, she tired while wide facing tougher here Oct. 3. She was bet down to 3-2 favoritism that afternoon and is a win candidate in this spot.
3rd pick: #1 (Roosby) (7-2) - Speedy sort moves from a tough outside post to the rail. She finished a 1/2 length in front of 'Mimic' last out. I expect jockey Manny Franco to send her hard at the break and think she'll be involved every step.
4th pick: #4 (Rose of Dublin) (3-1) - Home bred shortens up in distance and is dropping in class. She tired badly here going a mile for a $50K tag Oct 11 but had finished fourth at this trip facing tougher Sept. 20. Daughter of 'Dublin' must be left in the mix.
