A $190,000 daughter of 'Union Rags,' she's been on the sidelines since finishing a wide and even 4th here going 10 furlongs July 5. She shows a steady series of works and gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #1 (Coilean Brown) (2-1) - The morning line and probable favorite, she's finished 2nd in two straight and was beaten under a length in each. The latest came at Kentucky Downs Sept. 5, and this daughter of 'Pioneer of the Nile' draws a ground saving post. A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (In Front) (5-2) - A home bred by 'War Front,' she raced close up when checking in 4th of eight, beaten by two lengths debuting here Sept. 21 at 8.5 furlongs. It was a fine first attempt and is in a barn (Shug McGaughey) that is better second time out.
4th pick: #7 (Estill) (6-1) - She set a pressured pace in the same last race as 'In Front' and was only a long 'neck' behind that rival at the finish. She's worked twice since and her early speed in this contest is a plus.
