Trainer Todd Pletcher (28% second time out) keeps her in this contest that's been switched to a sloppy main track. Working nicely, and she gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #11 (Okinawa) (6-1) - Longshot tired while racing wide when debuting in a dirt sprint at Saratoga Aug. 21st. Heavily bet that day, she's working fast for trainer Chad Brown (26% second time out). Filly sold for $420,000 this past April and is a win candidate at a square price.
3rd pick: #8 (Run Blondie Run) (7-2) - She rallied to finish fourth, beaten a 1/2-length when debuting here on the grass at this trip Sept. 11th. Nice effort, and she can factor if able to transfer that fine effort to the sloppy surface today.
4th pick: #7 (Bogulator) (3-1) - Filly rallied strongly to miss by a 'neck' here on the grass Sept. 11th. She finished a bit in front of both 'Elandess' and 'Run Blondie Run' that day and is bred to handle the off going.
