It was his first race in just under seven months and he should move forward off of it. Five-year-old moves to the rail and has a good shot at a square price.
2nd pick: #2 (Nut Nut) (3-1) - He enters of a near miss (a 'neck') here May 20. He rallied from far back and was four lengths in front of 'Secret Scholar' at the finish. The effort was a bit of a surprise, but 3-year-old is an obvious threat if it's repeatable.
3rd pick: #4 (Shadow Surprise) (4-1) - Home bred showed good early speed when debuting here May 20. He split 'Nut Nut' and 'Secret Scholar' that afternoon and he should be involved every step.
4th pick: #5 (The Brown Bomber) (8-1) - Well bred but disappointing colt tired badly in the same last race as the top the picks in here. Much more competitive in his previous start and he has Irad Ortiz Jr. aboard for the first time.
