Top pick: #7 (ALL THAT) (2-1) - Lightly raced and well-bred, son of "Big Brown" tries winners for the first time after an impressive maiden win at Saratoga on Aug. 15th. He's worked fine since, and trainer Chad Brown has brought this 3yo along slowly.
2nd pick: #4 (Long River) (7-5) - Darley home-bred by "A.P.Indy" has been freshened up since a tough trip at Aqu. in early Feb. in the (G3) "Withers" stakes. Colt is working fast for his return, and ran well here a year ago when still a maiden. Strong win candidate, and I could have easily made him the top choice.
3rd pick: #5 (Street Thug) (7-2) - He held a lot of promise in the spring of 2012, but was not the same horse when he returned off an eight-month layoff this past Jan. at Gulfstream. $400K son of "Street Sense" is working well, and he has a new trainer today (Todd Pletcher 27% with new arrivals. 4yo has picked a tough spot, but can factor with his best.
