3rd pick: #8 (Sweet Maxine) (5-2) - Grey filly comes off a career best when she broke fast from the rail, set a moderate pace, and held gamely to just miss at Saratoga on Aug. 19th. She defeated "Expression" that day, but now moves to a much tougher outside post. Contends if she avoids a wide trip.
4th pick: #7 (Kitty Panda) (3-1) - Very lightly raced filly has been freshened up since a poor outing at Saratoga on July 21. Home-bred by "Sky Mesa" has talent, a speed/stalking style, and is working nicely for this attempt.
