A career best, it was her first back from an eight week freshening. She's worked since, cuts back a 1/16th of a mile, and is the speed nearest the rail.
2nd pick: #5 (Barbie Stones) (3-1) - Blinkers go on home bred that finished third, a bit more than a length behind 'Bust' Oct 5. She's clearly improving and is a factor with a repeat of her latest effort.
3rd pick: #4 (Argyle Gal) (7-2) - Three-year-old disappointed last out when she ran evenly to finish fourth. However, she was only a two lengths behind 'Bust' and just 1.5 behind 'Barbie Stones.' Trainer Steve Asmussen has worked her twice since and Irad Ortiz Jr. aboard.
