Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #2 (STAY TUNED) (5-2) - The morning line favorite, he's racing first off a Linda Rice claim. New barn halves him in value and she had this speed/stalker work a bullet half-mile here Oct 9. Leading rider Irad Ortiz Jr. is back on the re-ride and this 4-year-old is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Spartan Emperor) (8-5) - Very lightly-raced gelding takes on winners for the first time. New York bred was an easy wire-to-wire maiden winner here going 6-furlongs for a $25K tag Oct 9. Breeder/owner/trainer Bob Falcone Jr. brings him back quickly and his nicely spotted.
3rd pick: #1 (Deputy Busterstone) (4-1) - He chased while wide and held to finish third here at this level going 6-furlongs on a sloppy track Sept 30. It was his second back from a seven month layoff and he's moving from an outside post to the rail.
4th pick: #3 (Hundred Percent) (10-1) - No-speed type faces winners after rallying to an easy maiden score here at this trip Sept 18. It was his best overall since late April and strong finisher would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
