Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (POINT HOPE) (3-1) - Gelding finished 2nd here facing weaker here at this distance Oct. 2nd. It was his first since a win here July 16 and matched his career best. In the Rodriguez barn, and this 5yo likes off going.
2nd pick: #2 (Money Changer) (9-5) - The morning line favorite, speed/stalker has been freshened up since a pair of solid efforts at this level during the Saratoga meet. In the Pletcher barn, the obvious win candidate has Castellano aboard.
3rd pick: #5 (Foreset) (8-1) - Very lightly raced and well bred, gelding is moving way up in class in his first facing winners. He was an easy 11-length winner here sprinting in the slop for a $40K tag Sept. 30th. Tough call as he could be competitive or finish last.
4th pick: #3 (Know Your Customer) (4-1) - Well bred and lightly raced, trainer Chad Brown has him on the dirt for the first time. Colt broke his maiden on the Saratoga turf Aug. 12th, then ran 3rd here at this level in his first facing winners. Can factor if he handles the sloppy going.
