Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #7 (BOONE STATION) (3-1) - Well bred 3-year-old has been freshened up since an even effort here at this level racing on the turf July 17. Gelding by 'Street Cry' has some speed, goes grass to dirt, and meets a weak field. Gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #4 (Viable Option) (4-1) - Son of 'Big Brown' ships up from Gulfstream where he finished a pace-chasing fourth at this level going 7-furlongs on the dirt Sept. 6. It was his first start in five months and he runs today off a private trainer change to Dave Jacobson (25% with new arrivals).
3rd pick: #6 (Here Sir) (10-1) - He chased and finished evenly at this tag Sept. 7 at Saratoga. It was his first since July 17 and should move forward enough in his second off the break to factor at a big price.
4th pick: #3 (Irish Cat) (6-1) - NEW gelding is lightly-raced and running on the dirt for the first time. He's shown early speed in his last pair and trainer Jay Servis is four for seven at this meet.
