Top pick: #7 (HE AIN'T BLUFFING) (6-5) - Very lightly-raced 5-year-old ships from Gulfstream where he was an easy maiden winner at this "flat" mile distance on March 31st. That was the best last out of any entered, and former Rick Dutrow assistant (Michelle Nevin) has him conservatively in his first facing winners.
2nd pick: #1 (Charlie's Punch) (6-1) - He comes off a fine second-place finish at this level going 7 furlongs at Aqu. on April 20th. Race was his first off a claim by Jamie Ness and he brings him back quickly and stretches him out a furlong.
3rd pick: #5 (Secret Shifters) (5-1) - Since early Nov., this son of "Lemon Drop Kid" has gone (6-1-2-2) and will be dropping a bit after an even third-place finish at Aqu. on April 3rd. The faster the pace, the better his chances.
4th pick: #8 (Winter Now) (12-1) - Longshot goes turf to dirt after chasing the pace and tiring to finish fourth racing at this level on the Aqu. turf April 7th. He's worked fine since, and in his previous start, he finished second on the dirt at this mile trip.
