Top pick: #6 (BOW TIE BOSS) (8-5) - The probable favorite, colt has finished 2nd in all four starts, three of those coming here at Belmont. Stalker is shortening up in distance, working well, and Castellano stays aboard. The top pick, but reverse your exactas for a little bit.

2nd pick: #5 (Liam's Prince) (12-1) - One of two making their debuts, colt has some nice drills on view at trainer Michelle Nevin's home base of Aqueduct. Son of 'Northern Afleet' can factor at a big price if ready.

3rd pick: #2 (War Ride) (4-1) - Churchill shipper rallied to finish 4th of 10, beaten 2 1/2 lengths debuting there at this level and distance June 21. Grey colt cost a whopping $1,100,000 and has been brought along slowly by trainer Steve Asmussen (a solid 25% second time out).

4th pick: #1 (Proven Commodity) (7-2) - Darley/Godolphin home bred showed good early speed before tiring when debuting last August at Saratoga. On the sidelines since, he's working steadily, has Lasix added, and breaks from the rail.
