Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (AWESOME ANTHONY) (4-1) - Colt was beaten four lengths here at this level and distance June 2. He had a tough outside post (10th of 10) and a very wide trip that afternoon. He was much sharper in his previous pair and draws a better starting slot. The top pick, but make sure you box your exactas with him.
2nd pick: #6 (Bats Cleanup) (9-2) - Grey colt is racing third back from a five month layoff and will be dropping into a claimer for the first time. Even paced in his return pair facing tougher, he finished within range in both.
3rd pick: #1 (Royal Ridge) (5-1) - Four-year-old has been competitive in three of his last fur at this level and distance. Gelding has a stalking style and a ground saving post. Late threat.
4th pick: #3 (Cafe Y Blanco) (6-1) - Very lightly-raced 4-year-old stretches out in distance following a third place finish here at this level going six furlongs June 1. Only his second start, it was a big move forward off his May 7 debut. Trainer George Weaver has Eric Cancel replacing apprentice Diaz a sign that they like this one's chances.
