Top pick: #5 (LITIGATION RISK) - Colt rallied to finish second in his debut despite breaking slowly. That effort came on a "muddy" surface so you know he'll handle a "wet" track and the extra furlong he gets today is a big plus.
2nd pick: #8 (Alex Le Great) - Working sharply for his second start and he'll run today for Barclay Tagg after a trainer switch following his debut. Son of "Afleet Alex" ran fourth at Saratoga on Sept. 5 in a strong field and it came at this seven-furlong trip. Strong challenger.
3rd pick: #6 (Schoolyard Dreams ) - First-time starter hails from a good trainer (Derek Ryan) and has been in steady training for some time now. He has several nice gate drills and should go well in his debut.
