2nd pick: #6 (War Clan) - Much improved run last out saw her involved from start-to-finish and filly by "War Front" was only beaten a "head." Similar effort makes her a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Mrs. Mayor) - First-time-starter by "Sky Mesa" is in a very good turf barn (veteran Jimmy Toner) and it's noted that her "bullet" drill here on Oct. 3 was the best of 154 horses to work 4 furlongs that morning.
